Who I am--    I am the Head of Reader Relations for the Wikimedia Foundation, and my work on this username is typically in my capacity as an employee, but that rarely means that it's not reversible. If it's an official action it will be clearly labeled (and please do not revert without discussing it with me in that case). My work with the Foundation began officially on July 14th, 2009. Unless otherwise stated, any edit to this wiki by me is an act of a regular member of the community and administrator, not a legal or official action of the Wikimedia Foundation.

What I do--    My role is to represent, on the staff, the voice and needs of the vast majority of the users of Wikimedia projects: the readers who rarely or never edit. However, in reality, I tend to also find myself working very closely with core editing members of our community, in hopes that we can leverage their instincts and talents to continue to iterate toward the healthiest community we can.

How to find me--   You can find me on en:Wikipedia as Raoli as a volunteer, or as Raoli in my staff role. On IRC, my username is usually Raoli. I can be reached via email at raoliwikimedia.org or on my meta talk page. In my volunteer capacity, I can usually be found on en:Wikipedia or meta, where I am an elected administrator. I also headed up the 2010-2011 fundraiser. I was a member of the election committee for the Board of Trustees in 2007, 2008, and 2009. Follow me on identi.ca and Twitter!
