Se sei il proprietario legale del testo originale è necessario comunque inviare a Wikipedia un'autorizzazione all'uso (poiché chiunque potrebbe spacciarsi per te usando impropriamente le tue opere) secondo i termini delle licenze GFDL e CC-BY-SA che prevedono la libertà di modifica dei contenuti. Quest'autorizzazione non ha ragione d'essere inviata se il materiale immesso è stato cancellato poiché non adatto a Wikipedia per forma o contenuti secondo questa e quest'altra linea guida e non sarà quindi comunque possibile accettarlo.

Prima di ripristinare un testo oscurato o cancellato per violazione del diritto d'autore, attendi che gli operatori VRT abbiano ricevuto e verificato la tua eventuale e-mail; sino a quel momento la riproposizione del materiale rimosso resta una violazione. Contributo italiano al pittore triestino "Alexander Kircher".

Gentile Phyrexian,

Grazie per il vostro gentile riferimento! - Posso dirti quanto segue. Sono un membro della famiglia "Kircher-Teichmann". Il pittore Kircher era mio nonno. - Sotto il "soprannome Buonasera" e con l'aiuto del nostro archivio di famiglia, ho scritto principalmente un post su "Alexander Kircher" in Wikipedia tedesco. L'ho fatto sotto la costante supervisione di uno storico dell'arte e capo dipartimento del "Museo di storia militare (HGM)" di Vienna. Quest'uomo è membro di lunga data di Wikipedia e ha scritto molti articoli scientifici lì. Sulla base di questo articolo, ho scritto in seguito un contributo su "Alexander Kircher" nella Wikipedia in inglese e in francese. Per cui ho usato diverse foto dal nostro archivio di famiglia. Non ho copiato nulla o lo ho scritto letteralmente, ma ho riscritto ognuno di questi articoli. Certo che non posso cambiare i fatti! - Devo dire che è stato un lavoro molto per me, ma che le amministrazioni non mi hanno mai turbato. Al contrario, sono stato supportato nei miei sforzi. Ora sto cercando di scrivere un nuovo articolo su "Alexander Kircher" su Wikipedia.it e sto avendo problemi per la seconda volta. - Per reiterare, tutti i diritti su foto e immagini sono miei o sono stati precedentemente caricati da altri membri di Wikipedia sotto Wikipedia Commons. - Nulla è stato cancellato o copiato da me!

Ciao, guarda che se ti rivolgi o rispondi a qualcuno nella tua talk l'altro utente non riceve nessuna notifica e probabilmente non se ne accorgerà del tuo commento sopra. Ok, so lt's talk in English. The problem is not the name of the article, but it's text. You cannot copy the text from any source (with a very few exeptions), even if you translate it, because the copyright holder of that source has the exclusive right to publish and translate that text. Can you tell me please where did you took the text you put in the deleted article? It was clearly copied as it incorporated even the reference numbers, but I could not recognise the source. --Phyrexian ɸ 23:58, 2 lug 2018 (CEST)

Ciao Phyrexian ɸ, - Of course a text was copied, but by no means everything. - There are the texts from the German, English and French "Wikipedia-Alexander Kircher article", which I wrote myself - My own text, that means: I am the author and "rights owner" - these are my photos from our family archive. - I would like to draw attention to something that is not yet known here. Since 2005, I research intensively (13 years) about the life of my grandfather. I do not think there is anyone else. I have already written that mine German texts were controlled by an art historian of the HGM Vienna. Yes, I have literally translated parts from German and English into Italian. - For example, place of birth and death, name of wife and when this was married, etc. - But I have used some other photos and formulated some sentences differently. - Also, the German contribution is by far the longest. This German contribution has been created over several years and goes very much in details. I do not think that is necessary in all other languages. After all, I do not want to write a "Kircher biography" here, which I better leave to the historians. - The shortened German text, which was rewritten by me for the Italian contribution, has been translated into Italian. - It's all my job only the translation into the Italian language is not mine. - [@ Phyrexian] --Moritzburg-Sassonia (msg) 22:07, 5 lug 2018 (CEST)

Sorry for the late answer, but you need to write in my talk page to have me get a notification, or you have to "ping" me in every new message, or I may forget about the discussion. So, if you translated from other wikipedias there is no problem, you just need to write in the discussion page that the text is a translation from the German language Wikipedia. Just a last question: you said the translation into Italian is not yours, so is it from your girlfriend? In this case it actually does not matter, the rights would belong to whoever could claim posses over your Wikipedia account (I think your girlfriend would not mind about it). Can you just confirm this last thing please? Who is the translator? If everything is like that there is no problem about publishing again the article, just please do it first by creating this sandbox page. By doing so we can check everything is allright before moving it into the actual encyclopaedia and nobody else will delete it by mistake in the meantime. --Phyrexian ɸ 08:41, 11 lug 2018 (CEST)

Ok, thank you for the advice. Just when you will write the article you have to be absolutly sure you will not copy any part of the book; even translated it's not acceptable and someone will eventually delete the article again. Of course you can use the book as a source and you can reference it in the bibliografy, but you cannot use the same sentences, because this right belong to the author and to the editor of that book. The simplest way I think is to just translate from another Wikipedia, because of the free license Wikipedia use you can just copy and translate from there without any problem, just writing in the discussion page of the article that you translated from there. Let me know after you published the article in your sandbox, so I can help you revise it and move it into the actual encyclopaedia. --Phyrexian ɸ 19:35, 11 lug 2018 (CEST)

I just red the article, as you said there is some work to do about the organization, but I think your work is a very good start. I started fixing some things about the "wiki-syntax", links, and some Italian, you can check the changes in the page history. I plan to end fixing everything in a few time. Of course after the article is moved to the actual encyclopaedia you can still work on it and add more informations, as with every article on Wikipedia. --Phyrexian ɸ 19:02, 18 lug 2018 (CEST)
