Friedrich Hohe
Friedrich Hohe (Bayreuth, 1802 – Monaco di Baviera, 7 giugno 1870) è stato un litografo e pittore tedesco.

Nacque a Bayreuth, in Baviera, nel 1802, il suo primo maestro di pittura era suo padre. Nel 1820 entrò nella Accademia delle belle arti di Monaco. Successivamente, dal 1823 fino alla fine della sua vita, si dedicò alla litografia.[1]
Nel 1826 Hohe andò in Italia con il pittore paesaggistico Carl Rottmann. Due anni dopo, pubblicò Galleria di Leuchtenberg (1831)[2] e successivamente collaborò con Hanfstängl nella produzione della Galleria Dresda (1864-1869).[1][3] Alla fine della sua vita, Hohe fece dei dipinti paesaggistici ma non ebbe molto successo.
Morì a Monaco il 7 giugno 1870. Il fratello maggiore di Hohe, Nikolaus Christian Hohe (1798-1868),[1][4] era anche egli un pittore.[5]
