Greek Cup of 1966
The Cup Final of 1966 was never held. Olympiakos had withdraw and AEK was never presented at any ground. Thus, it is wrong to refer Karaiskaiki Stadium as the ground of a match that was never held. The cup was awarded to AEK without any presence of the squad at any ground.
