career in Greece

Apologies for writing this in English but Trevisan's record in Greece needs doublechecking: 1960-61 he is not with Olympiakos Piraeus, perhaps he is with the namesake Olympiakos Volos but unclear. 1961-62 he is definitely with Niki Volos and 1962-63 he is with Aris Salonicco but in 1963-64 he appears to be with Olympiakos Volos.

Hi, I think this source about italian trainers abroad is not fully correct. In 1960-61, Olympiakos Piraeus's manager is certainly Simonovski (also here with dates). Trevisan's managerial record here appears to be close to my understanding. He is with Olympiakos Volos for sure in 1963-64 but they were competing in the 2nd division and the exact dates are not clear to me (source in Greek from the site of the club). All this needs doublechecking but something interesting about Trevisan is that in his first game with Ethnikos (25/10/1959) he became the youngest ever manager in the history of the Greek top division, a record that still holds today (source in Greek)! Yes, it looks great! It may be good to archive some of the links (most notably the interview), in case they disappear. [@ Anadrome] For Olympiakos Volos 1974-1975 I explored the historic section of the site, but I can't find this season (could you?). He was certainly free between Haiti (ended in jan 74) and Pordenone (beginned in dec 74), so it could be possible that he came back in Greece - but he didn't mention it in the interview, and T'markt is not so reliable for historic football --L'archivista (msg) 11:03, 23 mar 2022 (CET)
