Although not a native Italian speaker, my aim is to help Italian Wikipedia by adding information to its pages.

Perhaps naïvely, I assumed that because Italian Wiki includes a list of Lord sindaci della Città di Londra, an article about the present Lord Mayor would be welcome?

I hope the information about Michael Mainelli is useful and would be grateful for any help you can provide in tidying the article to meet the exact standards required by Italian Wiki.

Hi @Primm1234, my english is not very good. The problem with the page is the Italian language which is not very fluent. The language has several errors that make the page unpublishable in its current state. --9Aaron3 (msg) 19:28, 27 nov 2023 (CET)

Of course & my apologies to continue writing in English (although corresponding with the subject).

The Michael Mainelli article follows the time-honoured phraseology from previous Lord Mayors of London (whose articles appear to have been published on Wikipedia satisfactorily), qv. Lord sindaci della Città di Londra.

Thus I am flummoxed as to what is the problem, especially given that I have liaised with 3 native Italians (& moreover it was written by another Italian friend who is au fait with such nomenclature), and all agree it reads well.

My simple aim is that Italian Wiki readers have available a concise article about Lord Mayor Mainelli, who after all is of Italian patrilineal descent, and those who want more detail can consult English Wiki.

I shall be most grateful if you, in the Wikipedian spirit of cooperation, were willing to make the necessary changes, so the article can be published for all to access.
