Di dalamnya terdapat bintang, tulisan "Kota Banjar", kujang berlubang lima, gunung kembar, benteng kembar 5 tonjolan, saah dan ladang 21 buah, sungai dan irigasi, jembatan dan bendungan, roda 22 jeruji bersayap 4 kembar, padi 17 butir, kapas 8 kuntum bunga (2 kuncup), serta motto daerah Somahna bagja di buana.
